Think of it like a wedding planner except this isn’t a weekend event but months long journey! Our team to guide you from hospital discharge through a confident return to work. We provide a fully personalized postpartum recovery experience—covering nutrition, fitness, mental health, and in-home support—so parents can focus on bonding with their baby instead of managing logistics.

Family can be wonderful, but they may not have specialized postpartum training or know the best practices for your recovery. We complement family support with professional expertise and planning so everyone feels confident and cared for.

Most doula agencies match you with an individual doula, and your experience depends on that one person. We go beyond that by creating a fully managed, holistic recovery plan—combining vetted experts in nutrition, fitness, newborn care, and mental health—while coordinating everything for you. It’s a higher-touch, team-based approach designed to cover your whole recovery, not just one aspect.
-
Your plan is fully customized, but may include in-home or virtual doula support, postpartum meal service, fitness and pelvic floor coaching, newborn care education, and emotional wellbeing check-ins. We also handle scheduling and coordination so nothing slips through the cracks.
-
We don’t bill insurance directly, but many clients are able to get partial reimbursement through their insurance or employer benefits. We will work with you to make that process as smooth as possible, providing invoices & documentation and can even speak with your benefits providers directly.
-
We don’t process FSA or HSA payments directly, but doula services are often eligible. Many clients use these accounts to cover part of their care, and we’re happy to provide itemized receipts and supporting documents for reimbursement.
